Max for Live *sq03 — Polyphonic Step Sequencer
*sq03 is a four-voice 16-step sequencer in which each voice is assigned a pitch and length value. The individual events can be provided with velocity values, individual probability values can also be set.
Every voice can be accelerated, slowed down or delayed within its sequence. Each individual event can be delayed within the grid or provided with swing phrasing in groups.
The frequency of the main pulse can either be defined by an independent clock or synchronized with the DAW host. In this case, a grid-based note value serves as the pulse.
As the plugin is used as a MIDI FX, multiple devices can be used consecutively in the same track to create additional polyphony.
